The location was peaceful yet it was just a walk down to downtown area, just 20 minutes by foot. We enjoyed this hotel.

We recommend as we liked Beachy Rise. Nice stay, family-friendly place. When we came, the host met us and was helpful. In the evening we visited eats & treats, set metres from the hotel.

I liked that there was a bathtub. As I walked in, the owner greeted me and was nice throughout the stay. Moreover, free Wi Fi was available in all rooms. Unique base for exploring Eastbourne.
Our bed was too soft.
